On-site consultation. We document the brief, the stand, and the standards — signed off before design begins.

Concepts refined against light, orientation, and budget. Drawings and programme signed off before ground breaks.

/03 · Slab to handover
Dedicated foreman, long-standing trades. Daily photographs, weekly reports, written variations — slab to final fix.
9 — 18 months

Formal handover with full documentation. Twelve months of post-occupancy support follows.

Names withheld at the family's request — Skydouny clients value their privacy. The quotes are theirs, lightly edited for length.
We met Osama on the stand on a Saturday and he must've walked it three times before he said a word. By the next Tuesday he had pencil drawings of the layout we ended up building. We were braced for overruns and surprises — all the things you hear about — and they just never came. There were photos in the site WhatsApp group every single day.
Three different people told us to demolish and start over. Osama spent about forty minutes in the house and said the bones were fine, we just needed to fix the flow. He was right. We've been in nine months now and people who come over still don't believe we didn't move out and start fresh.
Second one with Skydouny. The kids are older now and we needed more room — didn't even consider going to anyone else. Same team, same way of working. They handed over on the date Osama gave us at our very first meeting, eighteen months before. I don't know another builder who does that.
